Tips & Advice to Prolong the Life of your Wedding Ring:

-Take it off! Believe it or not, caring for your ring occasionally means taking it off! Examples include, but are not limited to the following activities:

  • Jobs with high use of hands and the chance of hitting the ring against hard objects

Exchange Policy

If your ring size does not fit and you want to exchange it, we will be happy to exchange it for FREE! Make sure to check your ring sizing by clicking here. We cannot exchange custom “personalized” engraved rings, those sales are final.

We will exchange rings once for FREE! Any exchanges thereafter, we will charge you a re-ship fee on our end. Please allow 2-3 weeks for size exchanges (this is factoring mail time both ways too).

Contact us requesting a ring size exchange and we will supply the return shipping address. Secure all merchandise in the original containers it was shipped in (or similar package), including the gift ring boxes within which your order was shipped. Also include a note of what exchange size is needed. We cannot exchange or accept merchandise that has been altered, worn or damaged/scratched, no exceptions.

Ship your purchase via the U.S. Postal Service or any insured carrier. Insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price (ship minimally with tracking for your own shipping safety). We do not cover return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the return shipping process.

 

Refund Policy

We do accept refunds on rings if returned in unworn, undamaged condition (we allow you to try it on once of course). We follow a jeweler industry standard 30 Day Return Policy (30 days from the merchandise order date). We cannot refund custom “personalized” engraved rings, those sales are final.
